A Christmas Affair to remember…..

This past weekend was certainly one I will remember always. The 3rd of our family weddings. My niece Megan and her Clark started their life together on Saturday night and it was amazing….

We started the day off with a gorgeous Bridesmaid and friends and family Luncheon hosted by two dear friends. It was at the newest and poshest entertainment venues in Big A – the Warehouse. It certainly  didn’t look like any warehouse I was ever in! I felt like we ended up in New York City! Toto we are not in Big A anymore!HHEHEH It was a wonderful way to start a perfect wedding day for Megan…..

Tomorrow- pictures of the wedding and reception – stay tuned!

Twas 3 days before wedding….

Twas 3 days before the wedding when all through the town -not a family was moving not even the Browns.

All the preparations are done and every ribbon tied while visions of a Christmas wedding danced in their heads.

The parties were fun and all the makings a delight to make Dec 5 a very special night.

Roseann in her party dress and Danny in his tux are ready to give their oldest Daughter to her prince charming – Clark.

More rapid as Eagles she called out her cousins.

Now Amanda, oh Sarah and Anna come too

Oh Wyatt and Will bring Josh and Erica too

To the top of the town we will go-

Now dash away, dash away – dash away all

we must get to the church and stand tall!

Her eyes how they twinkled, her cheeks how merry

to be pronounced to be Married….

And away they all flew… to the bells of a jingle

but I heard as they drove out of sight

Merry Christmas to all on this very special Wedding Night……

Just a little fun….. looking forward to the wedding days ahead! Our Megan is getting married this Saturday – a Christmas wedding to remember…..

Where has November gone??

I can not believe I have not written anything in about 2 weeks – sorry – I know you have just been on the end of your seat wondering what the heck Molly is doing? We’ll I have been a little busy around the old cottage and around town.

1. Spent a delightful afternoon at my friend Mary's Home with my Quaint Old Home friends.

2.I have started something I have always wanted to do – maybe high on my bucket list! My sweet talented friend Roxanne is teaching me to PAINT! She now has her own studio and teaching lessons. I have had more fun the last few Tuesday nights. Here is the beginnings-

3. How about those Eagles,Coogs & Bulldogs? Our local football teams are amazing this year- I got to see the new Cowboy stadium courtesy of the Eagles-We are all still winning and maybe one of them can bring home a State championship!

4. Its beginning to look a lot like Christmas around my little cottage. My favorite time of the year! With work, my nieces wedding in 2 weeks- I had to start early and get a head start on it – it is a good excuse to just enjoy Christmas a little longer than some!HEHEH

I have so much to be Thankful for and especially this time of year I look around at all the blessings God has blessed me with.Friends like you, a wonderful family and a creative heart.Turn my music up and enjoy the wonderful old song “Counting your Blessings”

I am counting my blessings each day……..

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Praising with Jeremy and Natalie….

DSC02428 I got to hear one of my favorite Christian singers Sunday night with some good friends. I started listening to Natalie Grant about 3 years ago and have just loved rockin to her music and singing along with her. The lyrics of her songs are some of the most meaningful written lately- my opinion!

DSC02429

Jeremy Camp wasn’t half bad himself- it was one of the most uplifting and inspiration concert I have been to in a long time-not that I can remember the last one I have been to…. too long- you know how I love music and dreaming of being on that stage with Natalie! Hehehe Take time and listen to her songs I just added on my play list – you will be touch as much as Me.
